Distance Sales Contract

1. Parties

This contract is concluded electronically between the SELLER, whose details are given below, and the BUYER placing the order. By confirming the order, the BUYER declares that they have read and accepted the whole of this contract.

Seller: Lemon Squeezy — Link, LLC (formerly Lemon Squeezy LLC), 222 South Main Street Suite 500, Salt Lake City, Utah 84101, USA. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record: it takes the payment and issues the sales document. The service is provided by: Sesli Anı Defterim. All contact details are on the Contact page.

Buyer: the person identified by the name, surname and email address given when ordering.

2. Subject of the contract

The digital album service ordered electronically by the BUYER, whose features and sale price are stated on the order screen, the related digital add-on services and, if ordered by the BUYER, personalised printed table cards designed by the BUYER.

Use of the service, account and sign-in code security and the sharing of QR codes and links are governed by the Terms of Use, which form an integral part of this contract.

3. Service and price

The names of the services ordered and their sale prices including taxes are shown on the order screen and become an integral part of this contract when the order is confirmed. Payment is made at the time of ordering by credit or debit card.

For each sale the SELLER issues an e-Arşiv invoice with the billing details the BUYER gave when ordering and sends it to the BUYER electronically. The BUYER is responsible for the accuracy of the billing details. In the event of a refund, the document required by law is issued for the amount refunded.

3.1. Scope of the service

The service bought is for a single event. Different nights of the same celebration — henna night, engagement, civil ceremony, wedding and after party — count as a single event in this sense; they all gather in the same album and can be announced with the same invitation.

An event for a different couple or a different celebration requires a separate purchase. The BUYER may not use the service outside this scope and may not transfer the rights arising from this contract to third parties without the SELLER's consent.

The period during which guests can upload and the album's retention period are stated on the Delivery and Returns page. Changing the event date does not extend these periods beyond the period bought.

4. Delivery

The digital album is made available immediately after the payment is confirmed, and the access details are sent to the BUYER's email address. The print-ready files are made available to the BUYER at the same time. Because digital services are performed electronically, there is no delivery time and no shipping charge.

Printed table cards are printed after the BUYER approves the print proof shown in the panel and are sent by courier to the address given when ordering. The cards are handed to the courier within 5 working days of proof approval at the latest; delivery in any case does not exceed 30 days from the order (Distance Contracts Regulation, art. 16). Shipping is included in the sale price. Orders are taken up to the last production day shown in the basket for the event date.

5. Right of withdrawal and its exception

The BUYER has the right to withdraw within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract without giving any reason (Distance Contracts Regulation, art. 9). Under art. 15/1-(ğ) and (h) of the same Regulation, services performed instantly in electronic form and services whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period ends fall outside this right. At the payment step the BUYER expressly consents to the album being made available immediately after payment.

The SELLER applies this exception more narrowly (Regulation art. 15/1, "unless otherwise agreed by the parties"): for the digital album the right of withdrawal ends once use has begun. If no memory has been uploaded to the album and its QR code has never been scanned, the right is kept for 14 days. Under art. 15/1-(b) there is no right of withdrawal for personalised printed goods; the order can be cancelled until the print proof is approved.

For goods sold as a package at a discounted total, withdrawal and refund apply to the whole package; a package is not partly refunded piece by piece. Add-ons bought separately after the album can be refunded independently, and their refund ends only the add-on itself. This clause does not limit the BUYER's statutory rights in the case of defective performance under article 6.

6. Defective performance

Where the album does not open, uploads do not work or memories become inaccessible for reasons attributable to the SELLER, the service is put right free of charge or the price is refunded.

7. Protection of personal data

The principles governing the processing of personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy and KVKK Notice.

8. Resolution of disputes

In the event of a dispute, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the BUYER's place of residence have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade. For disputes above the arbitration committee's monetary limit, applying to a mediator is mandatory before filing a case at the Consumer Court (Law No. 6502, art. 73/A).

9. Entry into force

By confirming the order the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this contract. The contract is concluded on the date the order is confirmed.
