Delivery and Returns

The digital album is made available immediately after the payment is confirmed. The album link, your QR code and your print-ready files are sent to the email address you gave when ordering. Digital products have no delivery time and no shipping charge.

Your guests can upload for 90 days from the event date. Different nights of the same celebration, such as the henna night, engagement and wedding, fall within this period. At the end of it no new uploads are accepted; you can go on viewing, downloading and archiving the album for the rest of the retention period.

When you order printed table cards, your card's print proof is shown in the Print section of your panel after payment. Once you approve the proof, the cards are printed and cut at our partner printer and sent by courier to the address you gave when ordering. The cards are handed to the courier within 5 working days of proof approval at the latest; delivery in any case does not exceed 30 days from the order. Shipping is included in the price. The tracking number is sent by email.

So that the cards reach you before your event, orders are taken up to a certain time before the event date; once that has passed, the basket does not accept a printed card order.

Under the Distance Contracts Regulation, the consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract without giving any reason.

Exception to the right of withdrawal. Under art. 15/1-(ğ) and (h) of the same Regulation, services performed instantly in electronic form and services whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period ends fall outside the right of withdrawal. With the consent you give at the payment step, the digital album is made available immediately after payment; once the album has started to be used, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

If you have not used the album at all — that is, no memory has been uploaded and the QR code has never been scanned — your right of withdrawal is kept for 14 days. For the digital invitation, use begins when the invitation is published; for an unpublished invitation your right of withdrawal is kept for 14 days. Because we can see both of these conditions in the system ourselves, we do not ask you for proof.

Personalised printed goods. Because printed table cards are made specially for you with your name, photo and design, they fall outside the right of withdrawal under art. 15/1-(b) of the Distance Contracts Regulation. You can cancel your order from the panel until you approve the print proof, and the price is refunded. After approval no cancellation or refund is possible. Cards damaged or misprinted by the printer or the courier are reprinted free of charge.

Where the album does not open, uploads do not work or memories become inaccessible for reasons on our side, the problem is put right free of charge or the price is refunded. In that case the exception to the right of withdrawal above does not apply.

When a refund is approved, the amount is refunded to the card the payment was made with. Depending on your bank and card issuer, it may take a few working days to reach your account.

Packages are not split. Packages (such as Hepsi Bir Arada) are sold at a discounted total, so they are not partly refunded piece by piece; a refund covers the whole package. Add-ons you buy separately after the album (extra storage time, the venue screen, an invitation added later) can be refunded on their own; only that add-on ends and your album keeps working.

When the album's package is refunded, the album is closed to access and the QR code stops working. The uploaded memories are not deleted because of this; they are deleted at the end of the normal storage period.

These rules do not limit your statutory rights if the service is defective.
