A digital photo album accessed with a QR code and the related digital add-on services (storage extension, guest gallery, digital invitation). The features of the services and their current sale prices are shown on the order screen and can be seen before you confirm the order.

The album and the add-on services are digital. The print-ready files carrying your album's QR code are delivered digitally. Optionally, you can also order the table cards you design in the panel to be printed and sent to you by courier.

One purchase covers one event. Different nights of the same celebration — henna night, engagement, civil ceremony, wedding and after party — count as a single event and gather in the same album. An event for a different couple or a different celebration needs a separate album.

The total shown on the order screen is the amount you pay, taxes included. There is no shipping charge.

Payment is made by credit or debit card through PayTR, in a single charge or in instalments. The instalment options, and any interest your bank may apply to an instalment payment, are shown on the payment page according to your card.

An e-Arşiv invoice is issued for every sale with the billing details you give at payment; it is sent to your email address within a few working days of payment and can be downloaded as a PDF from the Invoices section of your panel. For refunded orders the relevant document is also issued for the amount refunded.

The digital album is made available as soon as the payment is confirmed. The album link, your QR code and your print-ready files are sent to the email address you gave when ordering. Digital products have no delivery time and no shipping charge.

Printed table cards are printed after you approve the print proof and sent by courier to the address you gave; they are handed to the courier within 5 working days of proof approval at the latest. Shipping is included in the price. Because they are made personally for you, the right of withdrawal cannot be used after the proof is approved.

You have the right to withdraw within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract. At the payment step you consent to the album being made available immediately; under art. 15/1-(ğ) and (h) of the Distance Contracts Regulation you lose the right of withdrawal for the digital album once use has begun (when a memory is uploaded or the QR code is scanned). In the event of a dispute you can apply, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court where the purchase was made or where you live. For disputes above the arbitration committee's monetary limit, applying to a mediator is mandatory before filing a case at the Consumer Court (Law No. 6502, art. 73/A).
