Terms of Use

This is an English translation, provided for information. The binding text is the Turkish version; if the two differ, the Turkish version prevails.
1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the digital album, the digital invitation and related services, and form an integral part of the distance sales contract. The album owner using the service (“you”) is deemed to have accepted these terms. Your statutory rights as a consumer are reserved.
2. Your account and sign-in code
You sign in to the panel not with a password but with a one-time code sent to your email address. Your account's security therefore depends on the security of your email account. Protecting your email account and the devices that open it is your responsibility; we recommend switching on two-step verification for your email account.
Do not share your sign-in code with anyone; we will never ask you for it. On the Settings screen of your panel you can see the sign-ins to your account (time, device, IP address) and who made which change to your album, and if you see a sign-in you do not recognise you can end the sessions on all devices at once. If you suspect someone has entered your account without permission, also write to our contact address straight away.
If your sign-in code or your email account leaves your control and passes to third parties, we are not responsible for what those persons do from your account (such as deleting memories or changing album settings), unless it results from our fault.
3. The album's QR code and link
The album's QR code and link let guests join the album without a password. Anyone who obtains the QR code or the link can upload memories to the album and, if your album settings allow it, see the published memories. You decide who you share the QR code with; we recommend not sharing it publicly on social media.
Guests cannot delete or change the memories in the album. Against unwanted content you can switch on pre-approval from your panel, and hide or delete memories.
If the QR code falls into the wrong hands you can renew it from your panel. Cards printed with the old QR code stop working once it is renewed; your previous QR codes are listed in the panel and you can reactivate one at any time.
4. The projection link
The projection link is for showing the memories on the screen at the venue; it cannot upload or delete. Anyone who opens the link can see the published memories, so share it only with the person setting up the screen. The link expires by itself on the morning after the wedding. If it was left on a venue's computer or passed to someone else, renewing it from the panel closes the old link immediately.
5. Content in the album
The people who upload photos, videos, sounds and text to the album are responsible for them. As the album owner you decide what stays published in the album; the power to hide and delete memories is yours. We forward to you any requests we receive about a piece of content.
The service may not be used to share unlawful, obscene or hateful content or content that infringes others' personality or intellectual property rights, to attempt unauthorised access to the system, or to overload the service with automated tools. In that case we may suspend the album.
6. Continuity of the service
We take reasonable care to provide the service without interruption; short interruptions may occur because of maintenance, failures at infrastructure providers or force majeure. The internet connection and the projection equipment at the event venue are not under our control. Uploads waiting on guests' phones are sent when the connection returns.
7. Retention period
Memories are kept for the retention period stated in the privacy policy and are permanently deleted when it ends. We recommend downloading the album archive from your panel before deletion; a reminder is sent by email before the period ends.
